1) Use of Personal Information within the purpose of use

The Company does not use any acquired Personal Information beyond the purpose of use without the consent of the customer. Personal Information acquired by the Company will be used for the following purposes.

• (1) To offer business-related information for products and services handled by the Company.
• (2) To provide survey questionnaires to customers in order to plan and develop products or measures in an effort to improve customer satisfaction, etc.
• (3) To perform the necessary actions for adequate response to customer inquiries and quick implementation of service.
• (4) To perform any other purposes clearly specified when acquiring Personal Information.
• (5) To take measures according to laws and regulations or circular notices/guidance by the authorities.

2) Provision of Personal Information to the third party

The Company will not provide any acquired Personal Information to the third party without the consent of the customer, unless otherwise provided by the (5) explained above. However, the Company may provide Personal Information to service providers within the range necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such case, the Company will properly manage the service providers while requesting them to appropriately handle the provided Personal Information.

3) Appropriate management of Personal Information

The Company will take appropriate security measures for preventing unauthorized access to Personal Information and the loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of Personal Information. In addition, the Company will encourage awareness-raising activities by providing periodic training/educational programs for Personal Information protection with employees and other personnel who handle Personal Information.
